General information:
Cottage town is located at 25 kilometers distance from Kyiv (Obuhov Area).
The general plan of “Alpine Village” settlement envisages construction of 20 cottages of area from 438 to 523 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 8 hectares. Land lots of 2000-3000 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
Cottages are offered as finished «on turn-key».
Construction material for cottages:
Base: strip;
Walls: solid brick extruded with polystyrene insulation
Roofing: wooden rafter covered with bitumen shingle;
Windows: 2-cameras double glass panes
Façade finish: facing clay brick, natural stone, façade plaster with wooden elements.

Central communication system provides continuous vital activity of “Alpine Village” settlement. Autonomous heating and hot water supply system is installed in each cottage.

Single architectural and art concept of the settlement has been carefully thought over with consideration of surrounding landscape peculiarities and potential users’ wishes. The houses in settlement «Alpine Village» will be executed in half-timbered chalet style – brick houses with wooden elements.
Landscaping works, paving, lighting, planting, improving of green walking zone, sports and children playgrounds will be carried out at the territory as well as several ponds will be improved.
Social infrastructure:
Developed infrastructure including tennis courts and playground will be provided in the settlement, in plans - public area near the lake.

Management:
Individual Maintenance Department will be established for life activity provision in the settlement «Alpine Village» responsible for habitation comfort arrangement; it will be responsible for:
Regular technical support and engineering networks maintenance
Illumination and care of internal roads and the settlement's fence
Territories cleaning and garbage disposal;
Planting, improvement and care of public areas.
