General information:
Cottage town is located at 12 kilometers distance from Kyiv (Obuhov Area).
The general plan of “Bosco Village” settlement envisages construction of 15 cottages of area 360 to 690 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 3,5 hectares. Land lots of 1300 – 2300 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
Cottages are offered shell and core.
Construction material for cottages:
Base: a band of cast concrete;
Walls: termoblock penopolistirol with insulation;
Roof: ceramic tiles;
Windows: wood-aluminum with 2 insulating glass chamber;
Façade finish: decoration plaster, etc.
Communications:
Central communication system provides continuous vital activity of “Bosco Village” settlement. Autonomous heating and hot water supply system is installed in each cottage.

Zoning and improvement:
Single architectural and art concept of the settlement has been carefully thought over with consideration of surrounding landscape peculiarities and potential users’ wishes. The houses in “Bosco Village” settlement will be built in the Western European style.
Landscaping works, paving, lighting, planting, improving of green walking zone, sports and children playgrounds will be carried out at the territory as well as several ponds will be improved.
Social infrastructure:
Developed infrastructure including fountain, pergola above the lake, playground, and park with magnolias will be provided in the settlement. Some parcels will have swimming pools.
Small infrastructure of the settlement is compensated by high level of the district development. Well-known beaches "Blue Lakes" are located not far from the settlement as well as SPA and wellness complex, and restaurants with various cuisines along highway. Mixed forest is around the settlement.
Security:
Three-level security system functions in the settlement twenty-four-hour: enclosures check point at the entrance to the settlement, and video surveillance by perimeter.
Management:
Own maintenance and management company will be established for the life support of “Bosco Village” settlement, which carry out further servicing of buildings, engineering systems and roads, territory cleaning as well as other services provision.
