General information:
Cottage town is located at 25 kilometers distance from Kyiv (Obuhov Area).
The general plan of “Kantri” settlement envisages construction of 3 cottages of area 320 sq.m and 11 town-houses of area from 180 to 250 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 4 hectares. Land lots of 2000-10000 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
Cottages are offered as finished «on turn-key».
Construction material for cottages:

- Windows: double-glazing unit PHC;
- Façade finish: decoration plaster, etc.
Communications:
Central communication system provides continuous vital activity of “Kantri” settlement. Autonomous heating and hot water supply system is installed in each cottage.

Zoning and improvement:
Single architectural and art concept of the settlement has been carefully thought over with consideration of surrounding landscape peculiarities and potential users’ wishes. Houses in the village made in Swiss Village style.
Landscaping works, paving, lighting, planting, improving of green walking zone, sports and children playgrounds will be carried out at the territory.
Social infrastructure:
Two modern playgrounds, two tennis courts, volleyball and mini-football ground as well as two sports complexes with swimming pools unction at the settlement's territories. One of the sports complexes (the big one) includes 25 metres swimming pool, gym, table tennis, billiards and snooker, sauna and Turkish baths, leisure room, changing rooms and showers.
Banquette hall for 50 seats with covered terrace gives a perfect possibility to the guests arranging banquettes and party events, and two natural lakes – to have a nice time during fishing that could be finished with a good haul (carp, crucian carp, silver carp, pike, and grass carp), to swim, and to take sun baths on the beach with white sand.
Two guest parkings for 20 car and separate entrances to the territory could be added to infrastructure conveniences of the settlement.
Security:
The area is not fenced fence. House equipped with monitoring and warning systems with the conclusion to a central switchboard.
Management:
Own maintenance and management company will be established for the life support of the settlement, which carry out further servicing of buildings, engineering systems and roads, territory cleaning as well as other services provision.
