General information:
Cottage town is located at 25 kilometers distance from Kyiv (Obuhov Area).
The general plan of “Zolotye vorota” settlement envisages construction of 150 cottages of area from 429 to 488 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 38,7 hectares. Land lots of 1500-2500 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
Cottages are offered as finished «on turn-key».
