Cottage town is located in the Irpen city, Lomonosova street 24 (Kievo-Svyatoshyn Area).
The general plan of “Yasny zory” settlement envisages construction of 62 cottages of area from 187 to 274 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 5 hectares. Land lots of 400-1000 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
Cottages are offered shell and core.

Central communication system provides continuous vital activity of “Yasny zory” settlement. Autonomous heating and hot water supply system is installed in each cottage.

Social infrastructure:
Developed infrastructure including construction of mini-market with essential range (foods and household goods) will be foreseen in the settlement. It is planned to arrange a water complex (beach, fishing, and boathouse), fitness-center, and pharmasy. Establishment of additional objects of public and social infrastructure could be organized in future.
Security:
Professional security service provides 24 hours guarding of the fenced territory. By request, the security service specialists may create multi-level security system with introduction of modern surveillance and signaling means. Check-point regime is organized at the settlement’s territory.
Management:
Own maintenance and management company will be established for the life support of “Lagoon” settlement, which carry out further servicing of buildings, engineering systems and roads, territory cleaning as well as other services provision.
