Cottage town is located at 18 kilometers distance from Kyiv (Kievo-Svyatoshyn Area).
The general plan of “Sadok Vishnevy” settlement envisages construction of 24 town-houses of area from 213 to 285 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 21 hectares. Land lots of 350-700 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
Cottages are offered shell and core.
