Cottage town is located at 16 kilometers distance from Kyiv (Kievo-Svyatoshyn Area).
The general plan of “Petrushky” settlement envisages construction of 100 cottages of area from 252 to 343 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 20,5 hectares. Land lots of 1500 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
Cottages are offered shell and core.

Complex of natural lakes are at 1.5 – 2 km distance from the settlement

Infrastructure including administrative and control block, Maintenance and Service Department, medical station, telephony and computer system, fax and modem communication, radio and television broadcasting, and other will be provided in the settlement

Own maintenance and management company will be established for the life support of “Lagoon” settlement, which carry out further servicing of buildings, engineering systems and roads, territory cleaning as well as other services provision.
