Cottage town is located at 36 kilometers distance from Kyiv (Kievo-Svyatoshyn Area).
The general plan of “Mihaylovsky sad” settlement envisages construction of 226 cottages of area from 250 to 500 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 41,5 hectares. Land lots of 1200-2400 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
