Cottage town is located at 10 kilometers distance from Kyiv (Kievo-Svyatoshyn Area).
The general plan of “Lesnaya polyana” settlement envisages construction of 50 cottages of area from 261 to 408 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 10 hectares. Land lots of 1600-2400 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
Cottages are offered shell and core.

Professional security service provides 24 hours guarding of the fenced territory. By request, the security service specialists may create multi-level security system with introduction of modern surveillance and signaling means. Check-point regime is organized at the settlement’s territory

Own maintenance and management company will be established for the life support of “Lesnaya polyana” settlement, which carry out further servicing of buildings, engineering systems and roads, territory cleaning as well as other services provision.
