Cottage town is located at 5 kilometers distance from Kyiv (Kievo-Svyatoshyn Area).
The general plan of “Kanadskaya derevnya” settlement envisages construction of 10 cottages of area from 260 to 420 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 2,5 hectares. Land lots of 800-900 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
Cottages are offered shell and core.
