Cottage town is located at 5 kilometers distance from Kyiv (Kievo-Svyatoshyn Area).
The general plan of “Dubravnik” settlement envisages construction of 14 cottages of area from 300 to 400 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 3,5 hectares. Land lots of 2000-2500 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
Cottages are offered shell and core.

Own maintenance and management company will be established for the life support of “Dubravnik” settlement, which carry out further servicing of buildings, engineering systems and roads, territory cleaning as well as other services provision.
