Cottage town is located at 9 kilometers distance from Kyiv (Kievo-Svyatoshyn Area).
The general plan of “Dendy” settlement envisages construction of 80 cottages of area from 300 to 650 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 24 hectares. Land lots of 1500-3000 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
Cottages are offered shell and core.

Landscaping works, passages with hard surfaces laying, adjoining territories improvement, looking after new planting of trees and bushes will be performed at the territories. Passages and parking are illuminated with street lamps, pedestrian alleys and recreation area – with park lamps. A pond will be developed.
Social infrastructure:
No infrastructure is envisaged in the settlement.
As the settlement is located not far from Kyiv, its inhabitants have a full access to the capital's infrastructure.
Security:
Professional security service provides 24 hours guarding of the fenced territory. By request, the security service specialists may create multi-level security system with introduction of modern surveillance and signaling means. Check-point regime is organized at the settlement’s territory
Management:
Own maintenance and management company will be established for the life support of “Dendy” settlement, which carry out further servicing of buildings, engineering systems and roads, territory cleaning as well as other services provision.
