General information:
Cottage town is located at 2 kilometers distance from Kyiv (Kievo-Svyatoshyn Area).
The general plan of “Gorod Solnca” settlement envisages construction of 142 cottages of area from 153 to 210 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 83 hectares. Land lots of 280-1500 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
Cottages are offered shell and core.
Construction material for cottages:
Base: strip;
Walls: gas concrete
Roofing: cement – sand tiling
Windows: double-glazing unit PHC;
Façade finish: decorative plaster, facing brick, etc.
Ñommunications:
Central communication system provides continuous vital activity of “Gorod Solnca” settlement. Autonomous heating and hot water supply system is installed in each cottage.

Zoning and improvement:
Single architectural and art concept of the settlement has been carefully thought over with consideration of surrounding landscape peculiarities and potential users’ wishes. The settlement's houses will be executed in the Western European style.
Landscaping works, passages with hard surfaces laying, adjoining territories improvement, looking after new planting of trees and bushes will be performed at the territories. Passages and parking are illuminated with street lamps, pedestrian alleys and recreation area – with park lamps. A pond will be developed.
Social infrastructure:
The following developed infrastructure will be provided in the settlement:
Primary lyceum of 1 grade for 240 pupils
Kindergarten with swimming pool
Sports complex with swimming pool, skating arena, gym, and fitness centre
Bath and health-improving complex
Shopping centre with ñ supermarket, bank's branch, photo centre, pharmacy, and other stores
Entertainment centre with two cinemas for 150 seat each, nightclub, bowling, cigar room, billiards, game-paying room, beauty salon, and summer cafe.
Medical complex with up-to-date equipment and qualified staff
Hotel complex with restaurant and brewery, guest parking.
Passages with asphalt covering, organized pedestrian areas with paving tile, and equipped children and sports grounds are developed in residential area. The territory is improved with pergolas and other small architectural elements. Planting with fruit and decorative trees, bushes, flowerbeds, and lawns is organized. A lake is on the settlement's territories (~ 1 Ha).
Security:
Dwelling security issue is resolved at high level in “Gorod Solnca”: the territory is enclosed by perimeter, round-the-clock patrolling is organized, and gating system. Living spaces are equipped with security and fire alarm systems under additional agreements.
Management:
Own maintenance and management company will be established for the life support of “Gorod Solnca” settlement, which carry out further servicing of buildings, engineering systems and roads, territory cleaning as well as other services provision.
