Cottage town is located at 7 kilometres distance from Kyiv (Kievo-Svyatoshyn Area).
The general plan of “Witberg” settlement envisages construction of 200 cottages of area from 150 to 300 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 30 hectares. Land lots of 1200 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
Cottages are offered shell and core.

Social infrastructure:
Developed infrastructure including construction of sport center, tennis courts, stadium, restaurant, supermarket, and parking will be foreseen in the settlement.
Security:
Professional security service provides 24 hours guarding of the fenced territory. By request, the security service specialists may create multi-level security system with introduction of modern surveillance and signaling means. Check-point regime is organized at the settlement’s territory.
Management:
Own maintenance and management company will be established for the life support of “Witberg” settlement, which carry out further servicing of buildings, engineering systems and roads, territory cleaning as well as other services provision.
