General information:
Cottage town is located at 15 kilometres distance from Kyiv (Kievo-Svyatoshyn Area).
The general plan of “Paritet-Service” settlement envisages construction of 105 cottages of area from 177 to 365 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 25 hectares. Land lots of 1200 – 3600 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
