General information:
Cottage town is located at 23 kilometers distance from Kyiv (Makarov Area).
The general plan of “Severinovka” settlement envisages construction of 310 cottages of area from 163 to 643 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 51 hectares. Land lots of 900-2500 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
Cottages are offered shell and core.
Construction material for cottages:
Base: strip;
Walls: ceramic brick, gas-blocks;
Roofing: natural cement and sand tiling;
Windows: wooden 2-cameras double glass panes;
Façade finish: plaster, façade paint, decoration with wooden elements and natural stone.
Communications:
Central communication system provides continuous vital activity of “Severinovka” settlement. Autonomous heating and hot water supply system is installed in each cottage.

Zoning and improvement:
Single architectural and art concept of the settlement has been carefully thought over with consideration of surrounding landscape peculiarities and potential users’ wishes. Houses in the settlement is executed in the Western European style.
Landscaping works, paving, lighting, planting, improving of green walking zone, sports and children playgrounds will be carried out at the territory as well as several ponds will be improved

Individual maintenance service will be established for "Severinovka" settlement's life activity provision, including:
networks maintenance (water-, power-, gas supply, central sewerage system)
illumination and cleaning of public territories, continuous care after public lawns and territories in front of cottage
garbage disposal
regular services: electrician, plumbing specialist, gardener, cottages cleaning, nanny services, care after domestic animals
