Cottage town is located at 19 kilometers distance from Kyiv (Makarov Area).
The general plan of “Olimpic Park” settlement envisages construction of 1030 cottages of area from 145 to 345 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 290 hectares. Land lots of 1500-3500 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
Cottages are offered shell and core.

Social infrastructure:
The settlement will provide infrastructure, which includes the availability of entertainment center, calculated at 500 visitors and sports and recreation centre, shops, cafes, restaurants, medical center, comprehensive school and kindergarten.

Professional security service provides 24 hours guarding of the fenced territory. By request, the security service specialists may create multi-level security system with introduction of modern surveillance and signaling means. Check-point regime is organized at the settlement’s territory

Own maintenance and management company will be established for the life support of “Olimpic Park” settlement, which carry out further servicing of buildings, engineering systems and roads, territory cleaning as well as other services provision.
