Cottage town is located at 23 kilometers distance from Kyiv (Makarov Area).
The general plan of “Lelechiy hutor” settlement envisages construction of 74 cottages of area from 170 to 372 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 9,8 hectares. Land lots of 700-1200 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
Cottages are offered shell and core.
