Cottage town is located at 25 kilometers distance from Kyiv (Makarov Area).
The general plan of “Vodogray” settlement envisages construction of 270 cottages of area from 246 to 455 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 65 hectares. Land lots of 1800 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
