Cottage town is located at 35 kilometers distance from Kyiv (Vyshgorod Area).
The general plan of “Yasnogorodskaya polyana” settlement envisages construction of 99 cottages of area from 100 to 200 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 14 hectares. Land lots of 1200 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
Cottages are offered shell and core.
