Cottage town is located at 25 kilometers distance from Kyiv (Vyshgorod Area).
The general plan of “Primorskoe” settlement envisages construction of 52 cottages of area from 100 to 500 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 7,8 hectares. Land lots of 1000-1800 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
