Cottage town is located at 12 kilometers distance from Kyiv (Vyshgorod Area).
The general plan of “Vyshgorodskaya brama” settlement envisages construction of 100 cottages of area from 180 to 500 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 20 hectares. Land lots of 1200 – 3000 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
