Cottage town is located at 23 kilometers distance from Kyiv (Vasilkov Area).
The general plan of “Ozerny hutorok” settlement envisages construction of 53 cottages of area from 210 to 220 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 5 hectares. Land lots of 400 – 700 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
Cottages are offered shell and core.

Social infrastructure:
Developed infrastructure including construction of mini-market with essential range (foods and household goods), football playground and tennis court will be foreseen in the settlement. Establishment of additional objects of public and social infrastructure could be organized in future.
Security:
Professional security service provides 24 hours guarding of the fenced territory. By request, the security service specialists may create multi-level security system with introduction of modern surveillance and signaling means. Check-point regime is organized at the settlement’s territory
Management:
Own maintenance and management company will be established for the life support of “Ozerny hutorok” settlement, which carry out further servicing of buildings, engineering systems and roads, territory cleaning as well as other services provision.
