Cottage town is located at 55 kilometres distance from Kyiv (Vasilkov Area).
The general plan of “Kalinovy gorodok” settlement envisages construction of 160 cottages of area from 122 to 228 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 37 hectares. Land lots of 600 – 1000 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
