General information:

Cottage town is located at 20 kilometers distance from Kyiv (Brovary Area).
The general plan of “Maximum” settlement envisages construction of 156 cottages of area from 150 to 550 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 48,6 hectares. Land lots of 1500-2200 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
Cottages are offered shell and core.

Construction material for cottages:

• Base: strip;
• Walls: brick;
• Roofing: metal tile; 
• Windows: double-glazing unit PHC;
• Façade finish: decoration plaster, etc.

Communications:

Central communication system provides continuous vital activity of “Maximum” settlement. Autonomous heating and hot water supply system is installed in each cottage.

• Water piping – central within settlement

Zoning and improvement:

Single architectural and art concept of the settlement has been carefully thought over with consideration of surrounding landscape peculiarities and potential users’ wishes. The houses in “Maximum” settlement will be built in the modern style.

Landscaping works, paving, lighting, planting, improving of green walking zone, sports and children playgrounds will be carried out at the territory as well as several ponds will be improved.

Social infrastructure:

Developed infrastructure including construction of mini-market with essential range (foods and household goods), School and preschool institutions, Pharmacy and sauna will be foreseen in the settlement.

Security:

Professional security service provides 24 hours guarding of the fenced territory.  By request, the security service specialists may create multi-level security system with introduction of modern surveillance and signaling means.  Check-point regime is organized at the settlement’s territory.

Management:

Own maintenance and management company will be established for the life support of “Maximum” settlement, which carry out further servicing of buildings, engineering systems and roads, territory cleaning as well as other services provision.
