General information:
Cottage town is located at 25 kilometers distance from Kyiv (Borispol Area).
The general plan of “Petrovskaya Sloboda” settlement envisages construction of 35 cottages of area from 139 to 449 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 3,5 hectares. Land lots of 600-1500 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
Cottages are offered shell and core.
Construction material for cottages:

Walls: kiln-dried one-piece timber;

Windows: double-glazing unit PHC;
Façade finish: paint-and-lacquer materials.

Central communication system provides continuous vital activity of “Petrovskaya Sloboda” settlement. Autonomous heating and hot water supply system is installed in each cottage.

Single architectural and art concept of the settlement has been carefully thought over with consideration of surrounding landscape peculiarities and potential users’ wishes. Cottages in the settlement will be executed in style of «manorial estates».
Landscaping works, paving, lighting, planting, improving of green walking zone, sports and children playgrounds will be carried out at the territory as well as several ponds will be improved.

Professional security service provides 24 hours guarding of the fenced territory. By request, the security service specialists may create multi-level security system with introduction of modern surveillance and signaling means. Check-point regime is organized at the settlement’s territory.

Special maintenance and service department carrying out all works related to the territories servicing and your cottages keeping in the proper condition will be established in the settlement for its life activity provision, including:
public access areas cleaning;
garbage disposal;
planting territories;
illumination public access areas, and other;
prevention and domestic accidents liquidation;
minor internal repairs of houses;
preventive maintenance of communications, internal networks and metering devices.
