General information:
Cottage town is located at 14 kilometers distance from Kyiv (Borispol Area).
The general plan of “Park House” settlement envisages construction of 44 cottages of area from 298 to 520 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 7 hectares. Land lots of 600-1200 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
Cottages are offered shell and core.

Central communication system provides continuous vital activity of “Park House” settlement. Autonomous heating and hot water supply system is installed in each cottage.

Single architectural and art concept of the settlement has been carefully thought over with consideration of surrounding landscape peculiarities and potential users’ wishes. Cottages in the settlement “Park House” is executed in single architectural European style.
Landscaping works, paving, lighting, planting, improving of green walking zone, sports and children playgrounds will be carried out at the territory as well as several ponds will be improved.
Social infrastructure:
Playgrounds, guest parking (at entrance to the settlement), shopping complex (stores), administrative building, pedestrian paths, sports grounds, and tennis court are foreseen in the settlement.
Hyper market «Velyka Kyshenya» is not far from the settlement as well as construction material hypermarket, «New Line» - 1, 5 km, post office, grocery store – 500 m, school – 400 m, restaurants «Lyubava», «Kozachek», êîííî-sports complex «Magnate» - 1 km, Boryspil – 3 km.
Security:
Territory is fenced by perimeter, and guarded by security service round-the-clock. A check point regime will be arranged at the settlement's territories.
Management:
Individual maintenance and service department was established in the settlement «Park House» for its life activity provision. Specialists of the department located in administrative building at the settlements' entrance will provide uninterrupted operation of public systems. They will bear the responsibility also for esthetic appearances of the territories (garbage disposal, inside premises cleaning and adjoining territories).
