General information:
Cottage town is located at 35 kilometers distance from Kyiv (Borispol Area).
The general plan of “Zapovedny-1” settlement envisages construction of 22 cottages of area from 240 to 440 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 10 hectares. Land lots of 2500 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
Cottages are offered shell and core.

Communications:
Central communication system provides continuous vital activity of “Zapovedny-1” settlement. Autonomous heating and hot water supply system is installed in each cottage.

Zoning and improvement:
Single architectural and art concept of the settlement has been carefully thought over with consideration of surrounding landscape peculiarities and potential users’ wishes. Cottages in the settlement “Zapovedny-1” is executed in single architectural European style.
Landscaping works, paving, lighting, planting, improving of green walking zone, sports and children playgrounds will be carried out at the territory as well as several ponds will be improved.
Social infrastructure:
Developed infrastructure, including construction of administrative complex (building for administration, building for maintenance personnel, technical ground for storage and repair of service equipment and machinery, vehicles' service station for two stands, restaurant of the Ukrainian cuisine), sports complex (swimming pool 25 m, gym, fitness hall, sauna, fitness bar, solarium), club (cinema, conference hall, and additionally two classrooms with PCs for education processes organization), security service, security service, first-aid post, pharmacy, and guest parking will be provided in the settlement as well as tennis courts, playgrounds, mini-market, horse complex, hotel, hunting club, zoo, and helicopter ground. Building of a church is planned.
Security:
Professional security service provides 24 hours guarding of the fenced territory. By request, the security service specialists may create multi-level security system with introduction of modern surveillance and signaling means. Check-point regime is organized at the settlement’s territory.
Management:
Individual management and maintenance company carrying out buildings' management, engineering systems and roads, cottages and territories cleaning as well as rendering other services (gardener, domestic animals care, housemaid services, nanny services, laundry, and dry-cleaner's) will be established in the settlement «Zapovedny-1» for its life activity provision.
