General information:
Cottage town is located at 15 kilometers distance from Kyiv (Borispol Area).
The general plan of “Zeleny Maetok” settlement envisages construction of 64 cottages of area from 250 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 20 hectares. Land lots of 2300-2500 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
Cottages are offered shell and core.
Construction material for cottages:
Base: strip;
Walls: brick, polystyrene foam blocks, foam concrete;
Roofing: tile;
Windows: double-glazing windows, PHC;
Façade finish: decoration plaster, etc.
Communications:
Central communication system provides continuous vital activity of “Zeleny Maetok” settlement. Autonomous heating and hot water supply system is installed in each cottage.

Zoning and improvement:
Single architectural and art concept of the settlement has been carefully thought over with consideration of surrounding landscape peculiarities and potential users’ wishes. Cottages in the settlement “Zeleny Maetok” is executed in single architectural Western European style.
Landscaping works, paving, lighting, planting, improving of green walking zone, sports and children playgrounds will be carried out at the territory as well as several ponds will be improved.
Social infrastructure:
Developed infrastructure including construction of mini-market with essential range (foods and household goods) will be foreseen in the settlement. It is planned to organize cafe, sports and children grounds. Establishment of additional objects of public and social infrastructure could be organized in future.
Security:
Construction of capital enclosure by perimeter with round-the-clock security and two equipped check points is envisaged in the settlement.
Management:
Own maintenance and management company will be established for the life support of “Lagoon” settlement, which carry out further servicing of buildings, engineering systems and roads, territory cleaning as well as other services provision.
