General information:
Cottage town is located at 17 kilometres distance from Kyiv (Borispol Area).
The general plan of “Vishneviy gorodok” settlement envisages construction of 53 cottages of area from 360 to 600 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 20 hectares. Land lots of 2500 – 8500 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
Cottages are offered shell and core.
Construction material for cottages:
Base: strip footing, and pile partially;
Walls: brick;
Roofing: «noiseless» flexible tiling;
Windows: double-glazing windows, PVC;
Façade finish: facing brick.
Communications:
Central communication system provides continuous vital activity of “Vishneviy gorodok” settlement. Autonomous heating and hot water supply system is installed in each cottage.

Single architectural and art concept of the settlement has been carefully thought over with consideration of surrounding landscape peculiarities and potential users’ wishes. Cottages in the settlement “Vishneviy gorodok” is executed in single architectural West European style.
Landscaping works, paving, lighting, planting, improving of green walking zone, sports and children playgrounds will be carried out at the territory as well as several ponds will be improved.
Social infrastructure:
Developed infrastructure including grocery and appliance supermarket, laundry, dry-cleaner's point, pharmacy, catering, swimming pool, complex of saunas and bathhouses, massage rooms, beauty salon, cleaning service, bar-restaurant, cafe, billiards, banquette hall, cigar room, boathouse and yacht club with access to Dnieper River, kindergarten, tennis courts, football and children's grounds as well as administrative and control block, digital telephony and Internet is provided in the settlement.
A comfortable hotel for 10 double rooms is organized for the guests of "Cherry Town".

Professional security service provides 24 hours guarding of the fenced territory. By request, the security service specialists may create multi-level security system with introduction of modern surveillance and signaling means. Check-point regime is organized at the settlement’s territory.
Management:
Individual maintenance department carrying out infrastructure and communications servicing as well as territories cleaning and garbage disposal was established in the settlement «Cherry Town» for its life activity provision.
