General information:
Cottage town is located in 1,5 km from Yljichevsk city.
The general plan of «Breeze» settlement envisages construction of 252 cottages of area 170-460 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 32,37 hectares. Land lots of 1000-2700 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments

Social infrastructure:
On the territory of the settlement construction is planned: hotel, sauna, bar, billiards, pool, sports court and scrimmage, football field, yacht club with a berth.
Security:
The entire village will be surrounded by decorative ferroconcrete plates with round-the-clock protection and checkpoint.

The whole complex operational and engineering work will perform its own Customer service
