Cottage town is located in 6,5 km from Yalta city.
The general plan of «Monte Pino» settlement envisages construction of 41 cottages of area 200,1 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 15 hectares. Land lots of 1000-2700 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments

The territory will be implemented landscape work, paving, lights, landscaping, are equipped walking Green Zone.
Social infrastructure:
On the territory of the settlement construction is planned: hotel by 40 rooms, 2 heated pool on 1000 m3, SPA center, restaurant, bar, conference hall, guest parking, minimarket, recreation area and its own sea beach.
The owners of villas are available all kinds of hotel service. You can use the services maid, gardener, order the delivery of food from a restaurant, transfer to the airport.
Security:
The entire village will be surrounded by decorative ferroconcrete plates with round-the-clock protection and checkpoint.
