General information:

Cottage town is located in 25 km from Dnepropetrovsk city city.
The general plan of «Goluboe ozero» settlement envisages construction of 500 cottages of area 205,65-371,54 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 70 hectares.   Land lots of 400-800 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments
Cottages are offered shell and core.

Construction material for cottages:

• Base: strip;
• Walls: brick;
• Roof: metall tile
• Windows: double-glazing unit PHC;
• Façade finish: decorativ plaster, etc.

Communications:

Central communication system provides continuous vital activity of «Goluboe ozero» settlement. Autonomous heating and hot water supply system is installed in each cottage.

• Heating system – gas boiler

Zoning and improvement:

Single architectural and art concept of the settlement has been carefully thought over with consideration of surrounding landscape peculiarities and potential users’ wishes. Houses in the village "Goluboe ozero" will be designed in Western European style.

The territory will be implemented landscape work, paving, lights, landscaping, are equipped walking Green Zone.

Social infrastructure:

On the territory of the settlement construction is planned: town hall, churches, 2 shopping centers, 2 schools, 2  kindergartens, medical clinic, fire protection and a large quantity of petty trade, services, crafts. Will be divided several parks, recreation area on the shore of "Goluboe ozero" with solarium and beaches

Security:

The entire village will be surrounded by decorative ferroconcrete plates with round-the-clock protection and checkpoint.

Management:

The whole complex operational and engineering work will perform its own Customer service
