General information:
Cottage town is located in 1,5 km from Lviv city.
The general plan of «Zolotaya gora» settlement envisages construction of 18 townhouses of area 165 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 0,4 hectares.Land lots of 100 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments

Central communication system provides continuous vital activity of «Zolotaya gora» settlement. Autonomous heating and hot water supply system is installed in each cottage.
