Cottage town is located in 8 km from Donetsk.
The general plan of «Dubrovka» settlement envisages construction of 40 cottegases of area 275-450 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 5 hectares.Land lots of 1000 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments
