Cottage town is located in 7 km from Donetsk.
The general plan of «Dolya» settlement envisages construction of 53 cottegases of area 220-423 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 15 hectares.Land lots of 1800-2500 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments
