Cottage town is located in 17 km from Donetsk city.
The general plan of «Zolotye peski» settlement envisages construction of 18 cottegases of area 490-640 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 7,5 hectares.Land lots of 1500-4000 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments
