Cottage town is located in Ternopol city.
The general plan of «Cukrovar» settlement envisages construction of 50 cottegases and 184 townhouses of area 185-190 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 7,5 hectares.Land lots of 200 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments
