The general plan of «Zhemchuzhniy» settlement envisages construction of 75 cottegases of area 150-750 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 8,28 hectares.Land lots of 800-1300 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments
