The general plan of «Southern wind» settlement envisages construction of 158 cottegases of area 167,5-305,3 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 14,7 hectares.Land lots of 450-1000 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments
