Cottage town is located in 2 km from Yalta.
The general plan of «Polyana skazok» settlement envisages construction of 19 cottages of area 433-764 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 3,7 hectares.Land lots of 600-1200 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments
