Cottage town is located in Rudno village.
The general plan of «Rudno» settlement envisages construction of 48 cottegases of area 212,6 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 2,5 hectares.Land lots of 400 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments
Cottages are offered shell and core.

Construction material for cottages:

• Base: strip;
• Walls: brick;
• Roof: natural tiles
• Windows: double-glazing unit PHC;
• Façade finish: decoration plaster, etc.

Communications:

Central communication system provides continuous vital activity of «Rudno» settlement. Autonomous heating and hot water supply system is installed in each cottage.

Zoning and improvement:

Single architectural and art concept of the settlement has been carefully thought over with consideration of surrounding landscape peculiarities and potential users’ wishes. Houses in the village "Rudno" will be designed in the European style.

Landscaping works, paving, lighting, planting, improving of green walking zone, parking will be carried out at the territory as well as several ponds will be improved.

Social infrastructure:

The settlement would provide for infrastructure, which includes:

• entertainment center with restaurants, shops, beauty salon, sauna;

• guest parking

Security:

The territory is fenced along the perimeter fence and guarded round the clock professional security service

Management:

To ensure the livelihoods village "Rudno" will be set up its own Customer service, which will be responsible for maintenance of buildings, engineering systems and roads, cleaning of the territory and operational issues town life.
