Cottage town is located in Svyatogorje city (Donetsk region).
The general plan of «Stariy zamokl» settlement envisages construction of 15 cottegases of area 100 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 1 hectares.Land lots of 300 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments
Cottages are offered shell and core.

Landscaping works, paving, lighting, planting, improving of green walking zone, parking will be carried out at the territory as well as several ponds will be improved.

To ensure the livelihoods village "Stariy zamok" will be set up its own Customer service ( "room-service"), which will be responsible for maintenance of buildings, engineering systems and roads, cleaning of the territory and operational issues town life.
