Cottage town is located in 8 km from Dnepropetrovsk.
The general plan of «Zolotye kljuchl» settlement envisages construction of 1000 cottages of area from 80 to 500 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 260 hectares.Land lots of 250-1500 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments
