General information:

Cottage town is located in 8 km from Alushta.
The general plan of «Morskoy (Kashalot)» settlement envisages construction of 3 cottages of area 1024 and 23 ellings of area 60-120 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 0,5 hectares. Land lots of 1500-2000 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
Cottages are offered shell and core.

Houses in the village "Marine (Kashalot)" will be designed in the style of "Crimean rokkoko" - traditional resort-palace architecture.

Landscaping works, paving, lighting, planting, improving of green walking zone, parking will be carried out at the territory as well as several ponds will be improved.
