Cottage town is located in Theodosya city.
The general plan of «Zolotoy plyag» settlement envisages construction of 43 cottages and 27 townhouses of area 133,7-387 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 7,24 hectares. Land lots of 600-850 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
Cottages are offered shell and core.

Landscaping works, paving, lighting, planting, improving of green walking zone, parking will be carried out at the territory as well as several ponds will be improved.

Infrastructure in the village includes: cafe-bar, restaurant, pool, sport ground, administrative and sports and recreation complex.
