General information:
Cottage town is located in 8 km from Berdyansk (Zaporozhje region).
The general plan of «Laguna» settlement envisages construction of 14 cottages of area 140-146 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 0,6 hectares. Land lots of 400-500 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
Cottages are offered shell and core.

Central communication system provides continuous vital activity of «Laguna» settlement. Autonomous heating and hot water supply system is installed in each cottage.

Single architectural and art concept of the settlement has been carefully thought over with consideration of surrounding landscape peculiarities and potential users’ wishes. Houses in the village "Laguna" will be designed in the Western European style.
Landscaping works, paving, lighting, planting, improving of green walking zone, parking will be carried out at the territory as well as several ponds will be improved.

Residents can use the cottages of tourist infrastructure and the town of Berdyansk orphanage. Here is the entire service life and full of rest: the market, post office, Internet cafe, Aquapark, a cinema

The territory is protected in the composition of the tourist shelter. Perhaps summing alarm to each cottage
