Cottage town is located in Yeupatorya area.
The general plan of «Ukraina» settlement envisages construction of 80 cottages of area 182,5-226 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 5,1 hectares. Land lots of 230-300 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
Cottages are offered shell and core.
