Cottage town is located in 10 km from Peschanoe village Bahchisaray area.
The general plan of «Peschanoe» settlement envisages construction of 42 cottages of area 180-304 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 5,15 hectares. Land lots of 800-1000 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
Cottages are offered shell and core.
