Cottage town is located in Ordzhonikidze village Theodosya area.
The general plan of «New Coctebel » settlement envisages construction of 52 cottages of area 100-200 sq.m at fenced-protected territory of 3,5 hectares. Land lots of 700 sq.m are located in such a manner to provide a maximum convenient access to housing developments.
Cottages are offered shell and core.
